Winslow Anglo French Twinning Association

WAFTA was formed in 1980 to promote Anglo French relations by encouraging and  facilitating the friendship of  Winslow and Cours la Ville citizens.

We have worked to fulfil the aims of our constitution by encouraging other organisations in the town to exchange with their opposite numbers in Cours. We formally engage in annual exchange visits and the many individual friendships created by twinning have also established more frequent personal links. We hold regular events locally to raise knowledge of all-things French, increase our membership and funds and maintain our profile in the town.

WAFTA is open to all to  join and has many members from outside Winslow and in the surrounding villages.
