Visit to Cours

As you know, our visit to Cours this year takes place between Wednesday 13th May and Sunday 17th May, and Cours have asked us to provide the number of visitors by the end of this month.

We have now checked on flights to Cours from both Luton and Heathrow and, although the timing is not particularly convenient, we will be using the Easyjet flight from Luton which departs at 06.25am, arriving at 09.10am. This means leaving Winslow at around 03.15am
The flight details are:
Luton to Lyon: EZY2431 13th May. Departs 06.25 Arrival Lyon 09.10
Lyon to Luton: EZY2432 17th May. departs 13.50 Arrival Luton 14.35
WAFTA will, as usual organise the necessary transfers between Winslow and Luton and Lyon and Cours, and on returning, to connect with these flights.

We will be getting into the fine details of hosting etc, a little later but, as we know, the earlier you book your flights the better the price (and availability). It would also be advisable to check the current entry regulations for France – we will also be doing this.

If you haven’t already done so, it is now important that you confirm for us ASAP –
Whether or not you will be going to Cours in May
How many of you there will be.
How you will be travelling.
Whether or not you wish to stay with your previous host – and if
you have already agreed this with them.

We will let you know the transfer costs once we know the numbers travelling and update you as the programme evolves.
